If Grounds are Open - Then Normal Training can continue.

If Some grounds Closed - This will usually have different effects across different Councils and you need to check further.

The "ALL" Grounds open or "ALL" Grounds Closed Message 
Reflects the Status of West Epping Oval and the School Grounds only.

Some Grounds Closed may mean the Mini Fields are still open
